Procedure

Add all of the DI water into a vessel and begin mixing. With strong agitation, slowly add the Celquat LS-50 polymer directly into the vortex and mix until completely dispersed. In a seperate vessel, combine the Brij 30, Brij 56, and the Tween 80 together. Heat just until melted and mix. With continued mixing, add Phase B to Phase A. Add the remaining ingredients from Phase C to the main batch, mixing well between each addition. Mix until homogeneous. Filter and fill concentrate. For Part D, fill cans with a ratio of 94:6 concentrate: propellant.
